By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Pack images are indicative. Natural variation in leaf colour, grind and aroma is normal in an unblended, no-artificial-colour product.
• Weights shown (100g, 250g, 500g, 1000g) are net product weights.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a correction affects your order we will contact you and offer a full refund.
• Payment options include online payment and Cash on Delivery, where available.

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and issue a confirmation. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address, and will refund any amount already paid.

• Shipping is charged by packed weight and delivery zone, and is free on cart subtotals of ₹799 or more.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with courier and location.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Submitting a stockist or partnership enquiry does not create any distribution right or agreement. Appointments are made only in writing.

The Zamindar Tea name, logo, packaging artwork, photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Tea is a food product — please check the pack for ingredients and allergens before consumption.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Puducherry.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
